Main air separation column which is considered as the most important section of the O2 plant is made with cryogenic grade stainless steel and is argon welded leak-proof. Hence all the BOSCHI plants are working trouble-free & the PERFORMANCE is proven all over the world for its working efficiency & trouble free operation, safety & low Power Consumption. BOSCHI column have been known for its efficiency & long life. There are plants working trouble free for more than THIRTY YEARS in various parts of the Globe.
As the compressor is the heart of the plant and the main working machinery which consumes 90% of the power of the plant.The UBP Series A-Type oxygen plants are supplied with Atlas Copco rotary screw compressor which are the best in the world and known for its trouble free working. The oxygen plants are supplied complete as per the scope of supply list and exclusions list with no hidden costs.
The plants deliver smooth and reliable performance since they use highly efficient Atlas Copco air compressor with trouble-free liquid oxygen pump for cylinder filling and as a result the efficiency of the machinery is increased by over 20%.
Our OXYGEN/ NITROGEN plants are having highly efficient Expander which make the plant work on low pressure cycle and for fast cooling with Quick start cooling system resulting in very high efficiency and low power consumption. The air separation column is designed so as to extract maximum Oxygen from atmospheric air to give maximum yield depending on the purity of gas required by you.
Our medical oxygen plants use cryogenic distillation that can generate oxygen with purity of up to 99.7%, which is simply not possible with the PSA oxygen generators which are able to generate purity up to 93%, which is not adequate for medical applications. After running for few months, the purity of PSA oxygen generators degrades to 85-90%. Oxygen purity for medical applications must remain above 99.5%.
Buyers are requested to buy the UBP series plant in which the medical oxygen compliance is with American/European pharmacopoeia and the same oxygen plant can also give industrial oxygen by operating of single switch . The BOSCHI cryogenic plants offer high reliability and faster returns.
